Convenient Financial Terms

Our goal is to maximize your insurance benefits and make any remaining balance easily affordable. If you have any questions regarding your insurance benefits, please don't hesitate to call our office at (866) 834-0604 to review your concerns.

Our fees are based on the quality of the materials we use and our experience in performing your needed treatment.

To facilitate our goals, we have developed the following financial options:

A 5% accounting adjustment is allowed when fees in excess of $400 are paid in full by cash, check or credit card on the day treatment is presented or in advance of scheduled appointment.

Major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are all accepted in our office. Extended payment plans for as little as $50 a month for up to two years are available based on applicant's credit approval. Additional financings is also available through CareCredit and Springstone Financial.
